Refund policy
At Mininoms, we care about making snack time simple, safe, and joyful. Because our products are food items, there are special rules around what we can and cannot accept back. This policy explains your rights clearly.
Change of Mind

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of food products once they have left our warehouse, even if unopened.

This is because baby snacks are perishable and sealed for health reasons, and once dispatched we cannot guarantee they remain in perfect condition.
Your Legal Rights (Faulty, Unsafe or Incorrect Items)
You are always protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. That means you are entitled to a refund if your order is:

Faulty – e.g. damaged packaging on arrival, product past its “best before” date.

Not as described – e.g. the wrong flavour sent.

Unsafe – e.g. packaging seal broken before arrival.
If this happens, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange a refund or replacement at no extra cost.
Delivery Issues

If your parcel arrives damaged in transit, please email us photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can raise this with our courier and make things right.
Refund Process

If your item qualifies for a refund, we’ll issue it back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval. Please note that it may take longer depending on your original payment method and allow at least 10 working days from confirmation of refund before getting in touch with us again.
